		<description>I think so, but be aware that for you to be eligible you need to be a dependent of a disabled or deceased veteran and have to make less than $10,000 a year (if you&#039;re the disabled veteran&#039;s child). And it also doesn&#039;t give you a free ride, it just knocks off the mandatory fees. It will still be up to you to pay for books and such.</description>
