am i going to pay resident tuition?
i am currently residing in california for two years as an F-1 ViSA student. so i don’t have any tax forms or something like that

Source lived in CA for over 20 years… The resident tuition is for people that live CA and generally is lower than what someone from another state would pay to go to a college in CA.

Residence solely for the purpose of education does NOT establish residence for tuition purposes. You must be physically present in California with the purpose of making it your home. If you are under 24, and your parents are not residents of CA, you will also have to prove financial independence.
